Your order should arrive within the time frame that you have selected at checkout. If it has yet to arrive please check your emails for the tracking link we have provided. If you're still having issues please email our support team at support@koopekool.com

If you're not satisfied or need to change your order we will refund returns we receive within 30-days of purchase. Just post your order out to us, we will process the return and refund your account as soon as possible.

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with the protective bag.

Return Process: Please email us at returns@koopekool.com for return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and review your return, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Shipping Responsibility: You're responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returns, and we recommend using a traceable method.

Faulty Items: We'll replace faulty items if stock is available or provide a refund according to consumer laws.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us at support@koopekool.com.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges due to our rapidly changing stock; please initiate a return for a refund and purchase the desired item separately.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed it is unlikely we will be able to process a cancellation or modification our due to automated pick and pack systems. You will need to wait to receive your item then post it back to us as a return at which point we will refund you the cost of the goods inline with our returns policy.

If you do need to cancel or modify your order please email support@koopekool.com and our team will do all they can to resolve your issue.

We operate in the UK, USA and EU. If you are outside of these areas (an international order) then please note that all taxes and duties associated with the importation of products are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges may vary depending on the destination country's customs regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

This means when you order it is likely that your local customs will hold your order until you pay local duties and taxes.
